our process
Our clients will always know they’re taken care of. Everyone is different; therefore our plan for everyone is different. Our process is designed so we have the opportunity to get to know you and what you want, to apply our professional experience to determine what you need, and then to figure out how we can best help you reach your goals.
Step 1 - Consultation
When we receive your Client Interest Form, we will contact you to set up an initial consultation. During this consultation, we will talk about you and your life – what you’ve been through, what you want, and what you are looking for.
Step 2 – Your Plan
Once we have a good idea of who you are and what you want, we will complete a proposal for your plan. This proposal outlines our recommendations for how we can help you best. Your plan is customized individually for you.
Step 3 - Introductions
Once we agree on a plan of action, our search begins! We will get some additional detailed information from you regarding what kind of partner you are looking for, and then our expert team begins the search for your Caliber Match.
